We use the most sophisticated crime forecasting tools available today, along with personal inspections, security policy review, on site observation of policy implementation, as well as historical research. We will work to establish the appropriate level of security to meet individual needs.  Some of these may include: policy compliance, human assets, CCTV utilization, structural design alarm utilization, employee violence avoidance programs or management follow through on previously reported incidents.

Detailed documentation supporting the consultant’s conclusions will be prepared and submitted for each incident. As each review is conducted, information will be collected to provide the expert testimony necessary to support the reported conclusions.

Owners and Management of Diplomatic Tactical Services Inc. will provide a Senior Consultant with the expertise required to evaluate the incident, the practices, polices and procedures, as well as the training that contributed to the incident.   We will complete a historical review and prepare a detailed report that is supported by analytical data, as well as the expertise of the consultant.  Expert testimony in support of the conclusions will be provided for court cases upon request.
